Assistance regarding the usage of phpMyAdmin or self-installed phpMyAdmin is beyond the scope of Hostway Support. However, if you are unable to access Hostway's phpMyAdmin or it fails to connect to your database, then please contact our Support Team.

and select the Support menu item.
From SiteControl's Support section, you can also enter a support
